These days it seems that everyone is a "Life Coach." They joke, they comment and throw it around as if it has not purpose.

In these trying times, many of us feel the fear, the uncertainty, the unknowing of what is to come.

Life Coaching is more than just saying so. It's doing the inner work, doing the healing, connecting with your own Soul, so that you may brighten your own light. Once we heal, and it is a lifetime journey, we may be of service in light to others.

As we learn, as we take a step on each part of our journey we connect to the Light of our Soul. We find inner peace. We realize that happiness is a choice. We know that well-being is about healing not just the physical body, but the emotional body, gaining mindfulness, the spiritual connection and the energetic field of our being.

Becoming a Certified Coach has enabled me to get up when life knocked me down. It has taught me resilience. It has enabled me to manifest a wonderful career. It has enabled me to finally learn to find the Joy in the moments even when life would tell me to do otherwise.

I am a Reiki Master of Masters, Reiki Master Teacher. What does this mean? Well for me it reminded me of the empowerment we all have, the ability of our Soul and the human body to heal itself. The ability to sense energy and the ability to assist others to heal themselves.

More than that, being a Coach and Reiki Master has EMPOWERED me to realize that I am the creator of my Life. It has provided me with extraordinary tools to navigate the journey with more ease and grace.

We are born as Divine Beings, Children of God. We are already glowing with Light and Love.

SPIRITUAL HEALING FOR YOUR SOUL

Do you understand how Loved you truly are by the Divine. You are "Infinitely Loved" by a Loving Universe.

During my own life experiences, I have been through so many things and physical traumas. I did not understand the why? It started it my 20's.

I had a series of accidents, mishaps, it seemed I was jinxed. People would joke with me "live in a bubble." I smiled, but inside I was hurting. It was not funny. I wondered what kind of "karma" I had to have to go through so many things.

One day something terrible happened. I was injured more than I could even understand. It brought me to my knees. I screamed and cried to God and the Universe "I don't understand why this happened and I don't understand what you want me to do with this?" I really was so scared, I was in pain and I wanted to die.

That evening I heard a message, I heard that "everything was going to be alright." I heard that I was not forgotten. I felt it in my Heart and Soul and somehow I found comfort. I found the strength to carry on. I was a "survivor" but yet that was not enough for me. I did not want to live in "fight or flight" mode. I wanted my life back. I wanted to THRIVE again. I wanted HEALING. I wanted ANSWERS.

For years I asked "what's it all about Alfie?" Jokingly but seriously wondering why am I really here. What is my purpose? I had a family, beautiful daughters, beautiful grandchildren. I was loved, I was grateful. Yet a still desired and needed to know the meaning of life. The purpose of life.

I found THEO. THEO is a group of 12 Archangels channeled by Sheila Gillette. I listened, I was intrigued. I signed up, I wanted to know more. I started to learn so much more about myself. I asked THEO why this had happened to me. THEO stated "that is what it took for you to listen." WOW Truly an AHA Moment!

I learned so much with THEO, my intuition expanded, my purpose expanded, I wanted more and more. I started to really understand and heal. I realized how one trauma from years ago, that was never fully healed within my energetic Soul created a "string of pearls" I continued to experience.

I learned from THEO how we have experiences that affect us. That fragment our Souls. One day, doing a series of healing processes, I had gotten to the root of the matter and trauma. The initial trauma that caused so many others. I healed her. I truly began to understand the importance of clearing our traumas, clearing our energetic imprints from these life experiences. Once you heal, there is no going back.

After studying and becoming a Law of Attraction Coach I manifested a new position and significant more income for my service. Yes, think of yourself as providing a service rather than "working" a job. What feels better?

Are you a caregiver? Are you caring for a loved one, maybe an elder or someone who needs caregiving.

Are you a caregiver? Are you caring for a loved one, maybe an elder or someone who needs caregiving assistance? Caregiving is an energetic drain, especially when you do not know how to put yourself first. It is important to learn how to manage our energy, filling our own cup first and giving from the overflow.

This has been a strong lesson for me in my life journey. Being a parent, caring for grandparents with Alzheimer and Dementia Caring for others and being a "rescuer." One day the Universe taught me it was time to care for myself. Coaching tools, mindfulness, meditation and Reiki have been instrumental for me navigating my journey.
